Plaza Film Nights 2018 was our first ever community event series, honoring the diverse stories of Los Angeles and Santa Monica, and featured films rooted in the city's identity and geography. We were joined by The Santa Monica Education Foundation, The Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce and a special evening with multimedia documentarian Pamela J. Peters who presented her own work alongside Kent Mackenzie's The Exiles. With the help of our community, we hosted an open, multi-generational dialogue about our relationship to place and space within the complexity of LA.
